There is a thriving market today in the buying and selling of classic cars. The main reason for this is that we all remember the car we lusted over when we were a teenager and later in life when we are little more secure financially we seek those cars out. Plus cars from the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and early seventies were very distinctive. A Ford looked like a Ford and a Chevy looked like a Chevy, you could spot them a mile away. Now they all seem to blend together.

In Jennica’s situation, few classic cars are more recognizable then the early Ford Mustang. When you think of the term “Classic Car”, probably an old Mustang will pop up in your head.

Since they were first unveiled at the 1964 World’s Fair in New York (Dennis was there, by the way!) they have been an instant hit with the public and began the “Pony Car” craze. They were smaller, easier to drive and park and looked great. And, as if to satisfy us classic car buyers in later years, they made a bunch of ’em!

You had you choice of three body styles, the coupe, the convertible and my favorite, the Fastback. The early ones came with a six cylinder like Jennica’s or a small V8. Mustangs for some reason seem to appeal to the largest group of people and age groups. They are way more popular with women, for example, probably than any other classic car.

Dennis Goddard: So Jennica, tell us about this car that you are selling today.

Jennica: I need to sell my classic car and it’s a 1967 Ford Mustang six cylinder.

Dennis: Looks to be in pretty nice shape. How long have you had it?

Jennica: I’ve had it for six and a half years but it’s time to Sell My Classic Car.

Dennis: Why are you selling today?

Jennica: Got a job in Canada and unfortunately I’m moving in a week so I had to find something to do with it in a hurry.

Dennis: So how did you hear about Dennis Buys Cars?

Jennica: Well, I’ve driven by it for many years and I Googled “Sell My Classic Car” and you came up in the #1 spot so I gave you a call.

Dennis: So how would you rate your overall experience here at Dennis Buys Cars?

Jennica: It was quick, it was easy, and it was painless. Dennis seems like a nice guy, he’s fairly knowledgeable. I needed money in a hurry, needed to Sell My Classic Car and he stepped in.
